Nashville Homebuyers Gain More Options as Sales Slow in July

Reflecting on July’s real estate activity, our Nashville market saw a 3.8% dip in home sales, closing 3,213 properties. Inventory rose 10%, with 12,461 homes now available—giving buyers more choices and sellers more competition. The median sales price inched up 1.1% to $480,000, while the average time on market stretched to nearly 40 days, suggesting that negotiations are taking a bit longer these days.
